We discuss and gather information about you and your health and wellness concerns prior to the start of your massage session. Together we identify your specific needs and goals of the treatment.
Step 2: Plan Proposal
Massage techniques and learning modules, tools, and other resources that we will use to attain your specific goals. You will have time to ask questions and clarify any aspects of your plan. If the proposal makes sense to you, we will continue with a personalized massage treatment session. Otherwise, we can revise your plan to better suit your preferred outcome.
Step 3: Ongoing support or Continued Sessions
Depending on your specific plan or goals, additional massage sessions may be required for optimal benefit. Every client is different and every treatment plan will be unique to reflect the differences in sessions. As always change happens over time, and there may be both excitement and frustration along the way. Accommodations are always available, additional guidance, or revised assessments for clients, even if that was not established in the initial plan.
